Material handling and flow

Labor represents a significant part of  the direct cost for many industrial enameling operations.

Its impact may be reduced by automating the actual enameling process and by integrating sequential process steps by means of material handling equipment, such as conveyor systems (either monorail or Power & Free) and/or (automatic) transfer devices.

To minimize the resulting capital investment and maintenance cost for material handling equipment, it is important that the appropriate solution is selected, the enameling equipment allows a smooth integration and that the plant layout is optimized to meet all operational requirements.
