Delivery terms
All mentioned prices are net prices in Euro (excluding VAT) and based on
delivery EXW Dordrecht, The Netherlands, according to the latest Incoterms.
Upon your request we may arrange for special packing and/or transport.

Delivery times
Your order will be ready for pick-up the first business day after receipt of your payment.

In the event that the ordered items or some of those are not available from stock, you will be informed by e-mail.

Then we will also indicate when we expect to be able to ship the items.

If this should be reason for you to cancel the order for these items, you can inform us by e-mail or telephone (+31-638-508743).
Then we will directly credit you for the relevant item or items in question.

If the delivered items are not up to your expectations, you can return them within 7 working days after receipt.

That applies under the condition that the items are:
  • complete
  • undamaged
  • in the original packaging
  • unused
  • not engineered and/or manufactured according to your specific requirements
Return procedure
a) Send an e-mail message to DTC stating which and how many items you wish to return and why
b) DTC will send you an e-mail stating the address where you
can send the items to
c) You send the items carriage paid to the stated address
d) After receipt DTC will check whether the items are complete, undamaged, unused
and in the original packaging:
  • if so, the purchase amount will be credited to you within 2 working days.
  • if not, DTC will contact you.
