| Certain types of boilers have complex coils inside and/or side-mounted
flanges and are therefore not suitable for electrostatic dry powder
application. In such situation traditional wet enameling is the only
solution. Depending upon the required hourly production capacity and product design, boilers may be wet enameled with online or offline machines. See pictures below.
DTC may assist you to evaluate, which application method and/or equipment is most suitable for your products, and if required also help you with sourcing / procuring the appropriate machines.
